Chabad of Uganda
Chabad House Uganda was established in 5778 (2017) by Rabbi Moshe and Rebbetzin Yochved Raskin, under the auspices of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. It serves as a warm hub of holiness for every Jew. The Jewish center in Uganda is part of a vigorous effort to bring Torah and Chassidut to wherever Jews are found, driven by love and open-heartedness. Based on the verse "You shall burst forth to the west, to the east, to the north, and to the south," The Lubavitcher Rebbe sends his emissaries to expand new paths to Jewish hearts everywhere.
